Terms and Conditions of Use

These Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) govern the provision of services by PMA — Panjiyev Marketing Agency (hereinafter referred to as “PMA”, “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) and the relationship between the Company and the client (hereinafter referred to as the “Client” or “you”).

By using PMA services, making payment, or agreeing to cooperate with PMA, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms.

 

1. Services

PMA provides services in the fields of local marketing, SEO optimization, Google Business Profile optimization, lead generation systems, and other digital marketing services.

The primary objective of our services is to improve the visibility of the Client’s business on Google Maps and in local Google search results.
 

2. Scope of Services

Depending on the selected service package, PMA may provide:

  • Full Google Business Profile audit and optimization

  • Website development and SEO optimization

  • Review generation system setup

  • Content strategy and post planning

  • Competitor analysis and market positioning

  • Weekly ranking and progress reports

  • Ongoing support, optimization, and strategy adjustments

  • Local marketing and digital presence consulting

The exact scope of services is determined individually in the commercial proposal or written communication with the Client.
 

3. Client Responsibilities

To provide services effectively, the Client must provide:

  • Access to the Google Business Profile

  • Access to the website and relevant platforms

  • Accurate business information

  • Timely communication and feedback when necessary

PMA is not responsible for delays caused by lack of access, delayed information, or actions/inactions of the Client.

PMA agrees to notify the Client before making any major changes.
 

4. Performance Guarantee

If within 90 calendar days from the moment all required access and materials are received and work has officially started, the Client’s business does not achieve:

  • Top 3 rankings on Google Maps, or

  • First-page Google Maps rankings,

for the agreed primary keyword in the agreed target area (depending on the selected package), PMA will pause further billing until the stated goal is achieved.

Once the target ranking is achieved, billing will resume from the next billing cycle.

This guarantee applies only if the Client follows PMA recommendations and no third parties interfere with the optimization process.

PMA does not guarantee any specific amount of sales, revenue, profit, or number of customers.
 

5. Exclusivity

During the collaboration period, PMA agrees not to provide similar services to direct competitors operating in the same industry and target area as the Client.

The definition of competition and territory is determined by PMA based on the nature of the business and the target market.
 

6. Payments

Payments may be made through:

  • Bank transfer

  • PayPal

  • Apple Pay

  • Credit or debit cards

  • Other mutually agreed payment methods

All payments are mandatory and must be completed within the agreed payment period.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.
 

7. Service Start

After confirmation of cooperation, the Client will receive an invoice.

Within 24 hours after payment confirmation, PMA will send onboarding instructions and the next operational steps.

The service period officially begins once PMA receives all required access credentials and materials from the Client.
 

8. Limitation of Liability

PMA is not responsible for:

  • Changes in Google algorithms

  • Actions of third parties

  • Platform suspensions, restrictions, or penalties

  • Loss of profits

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Results dependent on the quality of the Client’s own products or services

PMA’s maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client during the most recent billing period.
 

9. Intellectual Property

All materials, strategies, systems, structures, texts, and work products created by PMA remain the intellectual property of PMA until full payment for services is received.

The Client may not resell, copy, distribute, or reproduce PMA materials without written permission.
 

10. Right to Refuse Service

PMA reserves the right to refuse or terminate services in cases involving:

  • Violation of these Terms

  • Illegal activity

  • Abusive, aggressive, or dishonest behavior

  • Interference with the service process that negatively affects performance
     

11. Changes to the Terms

PMA reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.

The latest version will be published on the official PMA website and becomes effective immediately upon publication.
 

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be handled in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
